1. Shipping Areas We currently ship to all provinces and cities within Canada, excluding the territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut).
2. Shipping Fees
- Orders under $500 CAD: A flat shipping fee of $14.95 CAD will apply.
- Orders over $500 CAD: Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over $500 CAD.
3. First Order Free Shipping Your first order with us will always be eligible for Free Shipping, no matter the amount.
4. Shipping Methods We ship using Ground Services from the following carriers:
- Purolator
- GLS
- ICS Courrier
- Nationex
- UPS
5. Shipping Origin All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the province of Quebec. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
6. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
7. Delivery Time Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier. Most orders will arrive within 1-6 business days from the shipping date.
