Return and Credit Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we are happy to accommodate returns based on the following conditions:

1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
  • Request has to be done by email at: info@dirt-care.com

2. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of higher value. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

3. Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
  • This fee is charged to cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned products.

4. Pre-Booking Orders

  • Pre-booking orders (items ordered in advance, including those that have been discounted) cannot be returned.
  • We encourage you to confirm your order details before completing a pre-booking purchase, as these sales are final.

5. Return Conditions

  • All items must be returned in original, unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Products that show signs of damage, wear, or use will not be accepted for return.

6. Credit

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the credit to your account minus the restocking fee and any shipping charges.

7. Exceptions

  • For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance in obtaining a replacement or refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
